Part 2: Professional Haircare Service Booking Policies (Care Homes & Individuals)

Please take a moment to read our booking policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, whether for an individual appointment or a care home service demonstration.
1. Booking & Scheduling
- Style Selection: When scheduling your appointment (in-studio or on-site), please be sure to select the correct service/style based on the time required.
- No Changes on Arrival: Please stick to the style you booked. Significant changes requested upon arrival may affect timing and stylist availability, and we may need to reschedule or charge an adjusted rate.
2. Hair Preparation Guidelines (For Individual Bookings)
- Clean and Detangled: Please arrive with your hair freshly washed, product-free, and detangled. Oily or product-laden hair can interfere with our tools and service quality.
- Washing Service: If you require a wash or deep treatment, please book the appropriate service addon.
- Extensions/Hair: Extensions are not included. Please read each service description carefully for details on the type and quantity of hair required. Note: We currently do not supply hair to customers for extension services.
3. Deposits and Payment
- Deposit Requirement: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance can be paid via cash or card at the studio or on-site at your location.
4. Lateness & Cancellations
- Lateness Policy:
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may lead to the cancellation of your appointment.
- A £10 fee applies if you are 30 minutes late.
- If there is not enough time remaining for your booked style due to lateness, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment or adjust the service to a quicker style.
- Rescheduling/Cancellation Window: You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
- Rescheduling Limit: Rescheduling the same appointment more than 3 times will result in the appointment being automatically cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost, using the card on file to cover the stylist’s lost time.
5. Care Environment Specifics
- For services within care homes and supported living, the facility agrees to provide a safe, private, and suitable area for the stylist to perform services in line with their internal safety and care standards.
Part 3: Final Provisions
1. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curly Growth Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
2. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Applicable Jurisdiction, e.g., England and Wales], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
3. Changes to the Terms of Service
