When scheduling your appointment, be sure to select the correct style.
Please stick to the style you booked. Changes may affect timing and availability.

Come with your hair freshly washed, product-free, and detangled. Oily or product-laden hair can interfere with our tools and cause residue unless you want to wash or treat your hair with us.
Extensions are not included. Please read each service description carefully for details on the type and quantity of hair required.
Note: We currently do not supply hair to customers

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final bill.
Remaining balance can be paid via cash or card at the studio or in your home.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may lead to cancellation.
A £10 fee applies if you’re 30 minutes late. If there’s not enough time for your booked style, we may reschedule or adjust to a quicker style.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling more than 3 times will result in your appointment being automatically cancelled.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the appointment cost, using the card on file.
